At Bright Minds, we believe transparency is key to building trust and understanding between the school and the families we serve. Available Policies
Admission and registration policy
The registration door is opened annually and the period prescribed for registration is announced through a circular issued by the Private Schools Licensing Department in this regard, and any registration after the mentioned period will require the approval of the Director of the Schools Licensing Department
Assessment
We follow the child assessment policies contained in the general framework of the revised British National Curriculum, which is an ongoing year-round process, reflected in daily reports, quarterly reports and the end-of-school report. The evaluation is done on a daily basis by noticing what the child has learned or what he or she can actually accomplish.

Anti-Bullying Policy

Values define a Bright Minds Kindergarten students and ensuring that girls make the right choices is at the heart of all we do.
Parent communication plan
The educational process has three pillars whose roles are divided, which are the family, the community and the school, cooperating with each other to reach the desired goals, and in order to achieve these goals, parents must have an active role in the educational process

A behavioral policy has been developed to help everyone in kindergarten focus on the primary goal of learning. • Ensuring justice and equality

School evacuation plan
The school evacuation work was carried out within the safety and security experiment.
The aim of the evacuation :
Training the teaching staff and students on the correct way to evacuate the school building in the event of any emergency to prevent students and teachers from stampeding, and introducing them to the front and back exits of the school building.

Students Attandance policy
At Bright Minds we believe that there is a strong link between student attendance and student achievement. According to research, students who attend school are more likely to achieve better.
Supervision Plan for Student Reception
School Timing:
• Kindergarten doors open at 6:15 AM, with student reception, beginning with the presence of the duty teacher and the guard.
• Morning duty consists of two teachers (6:16 first teacher – 6:30 second teacher) and an emergency teacher in case of delay.
Supervision Plan for the Entry and Exit of Private Car Students
Morning Arrival:
• Private cars transporting students arrive at the kindergarten starting from 6:15 AM.
• The guard opens the gate for cars to allow students to enter the kindergarten, and the gate is immediately closed behind the child.
